The Movie Show Online interviewed Director of Animation Glenn Melenhorst, from Melbourne visual FX house, ILOURA, about their work on Charlotte's Web.
Based on E. B. White's award-winning 1952 children's book, Charlotte's Web is an animated tale about the power of friendship.
Wilbur is an unusual pig. Born the runt of a litter, he is saved by a big-hearted little girl, Fern (Dakota FANNING). Unlike the other barn animals, Wilbur befriends the much maligned spider, Charlotte (Julia ROBERTS). His only real sadness is that as a Spring pig, he might never see the winter snow. Only Charlotte, with her clever ways, can save Wilbur from becoming Christmas ham.
